In this episode, Traci speaks to Dr. Gupta about her new book – Food Without Fear. In her new book Dr. Gupta illuminates what she has coined the food reaction spectrum—a revolutionary way to look at food-related conditions—and offers a new approach to managing adverse responses to food with a practical plan to end the misery and enjoy eating with ease. Dr. Gupta’s panoramic view debunks common myths, such as the misconception that an allergy and an intolerance are the same thing, but both can have life-threatening consequences, and she empowers you to know what questions to ask your doctor to get the correct diagnosis.

Because babies don't come with a manual!
Hi everyone, I am Traci Stumpf, comedian and nervous new mom! In 2020 I had the pleasure of meeting FARE’s own Dr. Ruchi Gupta - master pediatrician & mom as well and we instantly hit it off and forged an unlikely friendship.
Like so many new moms, and even experienced moms, I often feel what so many moms feel on a daily basis… LOST. As I searched for answers, I quickly discovered there is a seemingly unlimited trove of information and judgement on the internet for new parents, and it’s nearly impossible to discern the good information from the bad. Talk about frustrating!
But fear not, we are here for you! From questions about feeding to sleep habits to literally everything else – Dr. Ruchi and I are here to hit on every topic a new parent would want to know about. And we won’t be alone as we plan on bringing on experts from all walks of life.
So come join us on our journey as we take on all things parenting!
