Had the chance to sit down and chop it up with Trammell Logan, Master SoulCycle Instructor and Founder of East Side Dance Crew in Manhattan. Trammell and I discussed his start at Harlem Boy's Choir, surviving a pulmonary embolism and then striving afterwards, the love of the SoulCycle community, the opportunities within the struggle, and the importance of self validation.
