We didn't have a specific topic to talk about today, and the two of us hadn't even caught up with each other - so we brought you into our catch up convo in this episode! 

Building relationships as a leader is not something we can make a spreadsheet on... but there are several keys to success on how to be a good pet parent, human parent, manager or entrepreneur using emotional ingredients. 

For the first time in history, people are being belittled for researching before making health decisions - for their cats and themselves. Why is this? Should we blindly follow anyone's advice? We think, no. Humans are given the tools to think for themselves, follow their gut instincts and common sense - as well as the advice from those we respect. Feel empowered by doing your own research and don't let others make you feel belittled for making wise decisions for your kitties! 

It's sometimes hard to feel gratitude when you see and hear so much negativity around you. In this episode, we help talk each other through how to actually feel the thankfulness that brings us so much joy. "It's not the Joy that makes us Grateful, it is Gratitude that makes us Joyful". 

In this episode we discussed many things... crude and not crude. Exercise is not just physical enrichment for us and our cats, but it's also mental and spiritual.
