Spring has brought so many revelations such as the need for romantic friendships that aren’t relationships. You could call it friends with benefits or a weekend boyfriend but labels don’t really matter do they? Let me know what you think of romantic friends.

You would think that something as simple as navigating a friendship or relationship would be so easy but evidently from my perspective it’s the complete opposite! In this week’s episode we talk about how people navigate relationships, gaslighting, vocalising their needs and soo much more!
