Without the support of family and friends, I would not have made it back from my lengthy depression.  My hope is my story leads you to realize the great impact you can have on any of your friends who are struggling.  We CAN BE each other's guardian angels down here on earth!

A quickie podcast recommending the extremely thought provoking book ... The Untethered Soul". It really makes you think about the great power we have over our thoughts, our joy and our inner peace and how to become so much more AWARE.

Hear first hand from Gary Ramsey his incredible and inspirational story.  Gary goes in depth discussing his kidney cancer diagnosis that revealed he quite likely could die at any moment! His saving grace was his entering a state of bliss, being totally present, and living without fear or being attached to any outcome.  Gary's close friend, comedian Colin Quinn shares in the book's forward .... "He's the only person that can make you hope you get cancer so you can go on an adventure like he has."  His book is one of those you won't put down till you've read the last page.

What part can I play with the healing of our planet?  Well how about creating a podcast.  I've experienced two lengthy bouts with anxiety and depression during my lifetime.  For many years I clung onto a mustard seed of hope that joy would return to my life and I could feel ALIVE and THRIVE.  Well I am and I do!  If i could provide a little hope and inspire anyone who's deeply suffering, I would be so happy.  Tune in and just maybe I can help a little.
