This week our heroes recap the divisional round of the NFL Playoffs.

 

The guys discuss Tom Brady's age, Aaron Rodgers' dominance, the insanely bright future for Dak and why the Atlanta Falcons could be a handful for Green Bay.

 

Predictions for the Conference Championship games:

 

In the NFC, the guys dismiss both defenses and see a high scoring game in the Georgia Dome. 

Tony has Atlanta barely losing to Green Bay in a shoot out: 41-38

Bill has Green Bay winning also: 38-31

 

The AFC was a little more divisive with both guys having the same team winning but a very different score. 

Tony has New England winning convincingly: 31-17

Bill has the game being a little closer with New England winning: 27-24

This week on Under The Hoodies the guys break down the divisional round of the NFL Playoffs but not before Tony roasts Bill on his poor/bias judgement of his beloved New York Giants and the beatdown they took by Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers.

They break down the games in chorological order starting with the Seattle Seahawks @ the Atlanta Falcons

The guys agree that Atlanta’s high powered offense will be too much for Seattle and their Earl Thomas-less defense.

Bill: 31-24 ATL

Tony: 34-20 ATL

Next, the guys don’t spend too much time here as they both agree that the Patriots will win big over the Texans and cover the 15 point spread.

Bill: 34-14 NE

Tony: 41-10 NE

There’s some disagreement on both of Sunday’s games

Tony and Bill agree that Pittsburgh @ Kansas will be the best game of the weekend, the guys both agree that this will be a close game.

Bill: 24-21 PIT

Tony: 27-24 KC

The last game of the day also causes the most tension.  Bill predicts that the Packers will steam roll the Cowboys and will big in Dallas.  Tony counters with Dallas winning in a close but high scoring game.

Bill: 42-28 GB

Tony 34-28 DAL

Is Bama overrated?  Perhaps!

This week on Under The Hoodies, our heroes breakdown Wild Card weekend.  The weekend’s games are beautifully scheduled in order from worst to first on paper.

First the guys talk Oakland @ Houston (-3) and the below average Quarterback play.

Tony picks Oakland to win 19-16

Bill picks Houston to win 27-13

Detroit@ Seattle (-7.5).  The guys agree Seattle will win easily at home.

Tony picks Seattle 28-13

Bill picks Seattle also 28-14

Miami @ Pittsburgh (-10).  The guys agree again, Leveon Bell will run wild on the Dolphin’s defense and their poor run defense.  Although Bill thinks the game will be little closer with Miami’s offensive playmakers against Pittsburgh very average defense.

Tony picks Pittsburgh 31-14

Bill picks Pittsburgh 35-27

New York Giants @ Green Bay Packers (-3.5).  The only disagreement of the day came in the last game of the day.  Bill made the tough decision to be rational with the Giants in the playoffs and talk about the Giants top ranked defense while Tony argued for Green Bay’s high powered offense led by All-World Quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Tony picks Green Bay 28-24

Bills picks New York 20-17

The guys all made a side bet that the over/under 44.5 with Bill taking the under and Tony taking the over.
