A shorter show this week as the boys celebrate the 30th episode with some new equipment. All the Love Island and Premier League content you would expect.

A full house this week with Dan, Greg, Levi and Jon all in attendance. We talk about Jake Paul's very brief TKO victory over AnEsonGib last night (3:00), we touch on the tragic passing of Kobe and Gianna Bryant this week in California (7:06), the show then goes on to discuss the latest events in the Love Island villa, including the recent recoupling (12:19). We then discuss the Aaron Hernandez documentary on Netflix ahead of this Sunday's Superbowl and discuss the preventative measures that can be taken to avoid concussion in football  (21:53). We then head back to football for the remainder of the show to talk about transfers made so far during this soon-to-close window (40:10).

Dan, Jon and Greg host the first show of the new decade. After a new year catch up, we talk about Harry and Meghan's decision to leave the UK (6:00), then the Winter series of Love Island so far (13:00), before heading back to football to put together our Premier League team of the decade for 2010-19 (24:10).

In, what will be for some, a welcome break from boxing we preview the upcoming series of I'm A Celeb starting this Sunday on ITV, including our predictions for the winner (30:50).
