As much as I love traveling and enjoy short and burning bodyweight workouts, I also love my kettlebells. I love kettlebells. No other piece of equipment is that close to my heart. I love their variety – there are so many different things you can do with them, while combining both strength and cardio.
It's been more than three weeks since I've touched kettlebells, and I was so ready to get back to them yesterday. Besides, the weather was gorgeous over here, which is a little exceptional. There has been a lot of rain lately.
I took a little bit of more time as I normally do to work out. I took my time to focus on technique and kept the pace lower. I think I needed that after all the (mostly) very high intensity workouts that I did on my 3+ weeks of vacation.
So, here my kettlebell workout for you from yesterday. As always, you will be done pretty quickly, even if you are not doing it for time.
