Lisa’s been off to London to guest on someone else’s podcast (very fancy, we know) and the management team has finally cleared his debts...mostly. Add in a few theatre trips, perfume opinions nobody asked for and some strong Traitors theories (spoilers - you’ve been warned).

There’s also the usual chaos, one of us becoming an award-winning athlete (sort of) and the studio lights deciding we’d been talking long enough.

If you know the name of the cats and dogs film we couldn’t remember, tell us in the comments - because we never will.

This week: a B12 deficiency finally explains a LOT, Couch to 5K goes about as well as you'd expect and the management team gets sacked after a solo hospital trip in sideways rain.
