I've been into fitness ever since high school, had abs at 14 and have never wanted to be without them. But life happens, you gain weight and you're told it's normal. Then as you get older you don't move as good and you're also told that's normal. And all of a sudden I'm staring at the end of my 20s feeling broken and fat, fearing that it was all downhill from here. This episode I talk about changing all that around and how at 32 I'm back to my graduation weight and the healthiest version of myself.
