The remaining Bronze Scales race home with their fallen members, as Meli’s untamed teleportation magic takes her briefly to a strange ruin. Upon reaching their city, the Scales desperately cling to the hope that someone there can aid them in breathing life back into their friends, and must decide what they are willing to pay for such a service.
