Host Leticia Latino has always been a big proponent on taking a lot of vacations, short or long brakes that allow your body and your brain to regain energy and creativity. She's so committed to the idea that in January she launched the #Time2Reconnect Campaign, where she promotes finding some time to disconnect from technology and connect with those around you. She also share interesting statistics about the way we are approaching vacation time in America, and why other countries might be ahead of us in their happiness levels.

Alasdair Plambeck spent the first six years of his professional career San Diego’s start up scene, managing several businesses where he eventually became the general manager of an international, multi-million dollar portfolio of online businesses. In 2015 for reasonsyou will hear on this episode, his life completely went into a different direction, which included quitting his very lucrative career and off he went to travel the world!

Alasdair also shares the impact that being diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Hashimoto's Thyroiditis had on him and how it prompted what a spiritual awakening in Peru.

After living in 19 different countries and meeting his future bride in India they renovated a caravan in which they now live in in southwest France. Frank Quintero is one of the most popular artists in Venezuela and Latin America with more than 250 songs recorded and released during his career, including 7 platinum and 10 gold records. He's a Singer, songwriter, producer, master drums, guitar and complementary keyboards player. At age six his father thought him to play the Bossa Nova, and his love affair with music began. He came to the United States to study at Berklee College of music and has written many hit songs including "La chica de los 90", "Quimica", "Sin Poder Evitarlo" and the main song for the Soap Opera Amantes de Luna Llena: "Mientras Puedo Soñar".
