The believer's life is to be marked by an unfeigned love for the brethren. This love is void of hypocrisy, hate, envying, and backbiting. Rather, this love causes the believer to desire the very best for other believers.

The Incarnation was the realization of the forgiveness of sins and the complete overhaul of civilization that had been promised by the Prophets. But that forgiveness was more than a concept. It was to be a reality shown first by God through Christ, and then within the congregation of His people.
