Remington Arms may have to pay Sandy Hook Families over 70 Million Dollars in a settlement. This all hinges on a single judge to approve or deny the motion. I discuss what this could mean for the Second Amendment, what firearms culture would look like in a socialist America, and why I feel this decision will make the wealthy have more power if the settlement is allowed to go through.

The execution on Amir Locke is a complete break of the notion "Innocent before proven Guilty" that our justice system is based on. It is also a slap in the face to all legal gun owners. Not to mention a major hypocracy with the NRA remaining silent on a LEGAL GUN OWNER getting murdered during a no-knock warrant that wasn't even for him.

Whoopi Goldberg was suspended from "The View" around the same time Joe Rogan had encountered a decimating hate storm over his COVID themed episodes. I discuss both of these events and how cancelling people does not do anything but drive people to either the extreme left or right.

I also give historical background on the Holocaust, American Views on Race, the politics of Germany, and Nazi Race Science to explain what motivated her comments and why they do not merit her getting suspended.

A key take away I got after recording this episode was: "How do we have free and open discussions about controversial topics, and how do we determine what is the truth?"

Joe Rogan is being criticized for spreading "inaccurate" information by the White House and Legacy Media Companies. I discuss how any decision effecting Mr. Rogan will effect thousands of other podcasters and content creators. I also play three videos. One of Jen Psaki agreeing more must be done to combat misinformation, A second one of Mr. Rogan speaking about the incident, and a Third of The Independent attacking Mr. Rogan with a mashup of 0:46 Seconds of his episodes and the reaction video. This third video paints Mr. Rogan like a liar and obscures the real material. This creates the misinformation that they accuse Mr. Rogan of creating.

I look at what is considered fitness is our society from a Marxist lens. In doing so I compare what Fitness actually is; functionality, and health. But I look at what is considered "fitness" in wider society which is vanity and excess. In a socialized society, gyms would be collectively owned where classes, membership, and trainers would not be blocked by monetary blocks. This would create an informed public in regards to basic body function, and increased standards of true fitness.

Igor joins me to explain how body fat works and the negative stigmas surrounding fat loss and "proper" nutrition. Functional training can certainly help reduce fat levels, but the process in doing so is radically different for each person. It also depends on every individuals caloric needs and nutrition. He stresses that the end goal should not be a specific "look", rather a improved constitution in health and strength.

NYS Assembly Bill A416, and its previous versions, entail detaining segments of the population that have come in contact or carry a pandemic like infectious disease.

Versions of this bill have attempted to make it to the floor of the State Assembly since 2015. The bill goes into vague detail about where positive cases would be detained and for how long.

I explain why the constant division of workers will make something like this possible. I also urge people to abandon focus on the culture war. "Cancelling" someone based on their views on racism in America, vaccination status, and masking habits is counter productive to class unity. Class unity is the only way to ensure that we can eliminate racism, and pandemic mismanagement.
