Backstage Queens

Rock camp for Girls live at the Tower Theater in OKC

We had a great time sitting down with Jose at JJ's Alley a couple weeks ago. It was actually during our Backstage Queens Birthday Bash we had up there, which made it even better. Jose let us in on the re-branding of his band and sound and how his music has evolved. He's also got some new music lined up and a cool house concert coming up. We're still learning on all the audio stuff on this thing, so be patient with us. We promise the content is amazing even if the audio needs a little work. :) Tune in and hear all about Jose and his new stuff!

Gypsy Cafe fun with a cast of characters, join us as we interview live at the festival.

Pre-Gypsy Cafe Lunch at The Farm in Stillwater w/ Scott Evans, Brad Piccolo, Cale Lester, Monica Taylor, Rick Reiley, Haystack Foster, Ben Brock, Zack Wenzel, Bryce Dicus, and Rick Owens.

Part 2 of our 2019 Gypsy Cafe adventure.

We caught Carter Sampson, Wink Burcham, and Matt Mason in the Artist Tent!

This is one of our mini episodes, but still fantastic! Like a bite size chunk of fun! With the murmurs of other artists chatting amongst themselves in the tent and the sound of music off in the distance, the interviews we receive from Carter, Wink and Matt will make you feel like you are right there with us.

Matt and Wink tell us their story on how they have benefited from the Red Dirt Relief Fund and how important this organization is, while Carter discuss' the amazing organization she has going on, Rock and Roll Camp for Girls!

We traveled to Stillwater, OK to dive into that Red Dirt Music and there wasn't a better place to grab some interviews, other than Gypsy Cafe event!

Walking around, catching those sidewalk interviews with Randy Crouch, Mike Hosty, Craig Skinner and Dylan Stewart, along with the lovely Katie Dale, Executive Director of the Red Dirt Relief Fund!

We met up with Grady Cross, former guitarist for Cross Canadian Ragweed, now owner at Grady's 66 Pub in Yukon, OK and Chad Sullins.

There we sat in the green room at a small round table and had some interesting conversation, along with a few tour stories and memories from everyone's favorite venues, that is no longer in business. *moment of silence*

Thank You for listening and ENJOY!

Had the pleasure of sitting down with the very talented Chloe-Beth and Dan Martin at the First Roman Nose Red Dirt Music Festival in Watonga, OK.

Chloe-Beth gives us a look on what it's like to be a young singer/songwriter in the music scene here in Oklahoma, she also discusses a little bit about her album, "Remnant" that was released last year.

The soft spoken Dan Martin, who has immersed himself into the music scene, is truly wise beyond his years. If you're into Folk/Americana storytelling, Dan is one not to overlook.

We hope you enjoy this podcast show!

We got to be backstage at the 1st annual Roman Nose Red Dirt Festival with a fantastic lineup of Musicians. We recorded 2 episodes that day, this one was the second and more crazy of the two. Listen in and hear the shenanigans.

We’re so glad you joined us on our adventure. This first podcast was recorded on Sunday February 24th 2019 at JJ’s Alley in Bricktown with Blake Lankford, Kyle Carter and Rick Owens
