  • Apologies for the hiatus...!

Hello wonderful listeners! I am so sorry for the delay in posting new episodes the last few weeks. After an 8+ career at the fire department, I recently separated on a medical retirement following an on the job injury.

I had a good routine before- I would edit podcasts between calls while on shift.

The transition to my new life outside of the fire department has been a little fumbly, and part of that is trying to balance family time and editing podcasts at home. Being a one woman production team can be a little overwhelming!

I a working on a new routine to get the awesome episodes I have lined up edited and posted every Monday again.

I am SO SORRY for the delay. Please bear with me- I promise the upcoming episodes will be worth the wait. Thank you for being a loyal listener!
