Greg Tarca just completed his 3rd season on staff with the Lehigh University men's basketball program. He was the volunteer video coordinator in his first season before being promoted to the Director Of Operations two seasons ago. Greg is a Quinnipiac Alum and basketball has always been a huge part of his life.

Davidson Women's Basketball Assistant Coach James Janssen joins the podcast to discuss the "Tagging Up" philosophy first created by Aaron Fearne.  Coach Janssen shares how and why they decided to implement the concept with their team a few seasons ago along with the emphasis being on transition defense and not solely on offensive rebounding. He explains how the staff introduced the philosophy to the team, drills they focused on in order to build the habit and evaluate the results they have seen over the last few seasons.
