The guys talk about the all-new website BaconOnTheRocks website and some of it's features. Chuck talks about his bout with Spectrum and how he felt he won in the end. Gary Juilan and Chuck head over from BOTR to SOB to have a side converstaion on the style of what kids are wearing today. How some is a little weird and some of it are styles that we had back in the 90's.

On this episode of BOTR we have Mike being MIA this week. But not to fret, we have guest host Gary Julian on to help keep the show going. Chuck and Gary talk about the start of Oktoberfest, the styles, the food, and orth crazy traditions that go on during the frestival and where you can check it out locally as well. Then they get it into the whole paying it forward when you might be pulling up to your favorite fast-food location. And how sometimes it can backfire. Then the guys get a surpise call in through the phone and you have to listen to who calls in. Last Chuck and Gary try some Dad jokes on Xavier to see who has the best one. All this and more on BOTR.

It's talk like a pirate day. But since neither of the guys can talk like that for an exteneded time they decide to talk about other various and different days celbrated throughout the world. Tey even queation who really gets into the so-called days of celebration. After their pirate-fest the guys talks about take it to the garage and discuss they car issues they are both having and how the repairs are not going well. Then the pumpkin spice train has totally left the station and fall is on the way. That means we need to discuss what people really enjoy when fall comes around. It's been believe it or not, 22 years since 9/11 occured. The guys take a moment to discuss their memories from that day and how it changed and brought people together. Then they shift gears and discuss how Chuck has had nothing but bad luck for the past few days and he shares what has been happening. Then like everything else, the price of a certain item at a popualr fast food establishment goes up and this same place may be getting rid of a certain machine that many people love.

Chuck is finally back from taking a million vacation, so the guys catch up on the latest news. They first talk about the passing of two well-known people Bob Barker and Jimmy Buffett. The days of being sick at home have never been the same since the time of the Barker. Chuck then has Mike talk about a new coating he has for his business Heircomb and it leads to a surpise that Mike will be sharing on the show soon. Later they find the internet is full of weird, but might be delicious food combos. All this and more on this episode of BOTR.

In this episode of Bacon on the Rocks the guys find out that pickle ball is much more of a serious and dangerous game then they first thought. Mike shares some of the injuries he has seen and experience himself while playing the up and coming sport. Then speaking of sports the guys dive into the Michael Oher and the Tuohy story and why it is coming to light almost 15 years after the release of the movie and they also ask the question, how real is a movie that is "based on a true story"?
