Bad Movie Debate

Another fantastic episode of Bad Movie Debate! Join Asia Jolly and I as we discuss This is 40! A less talked about and less viewed movie from the great Judd Apatow and, arguably, his worst major motion picture. Listen to find out our thoughts!

Review time! I went to see Immaculate earlier this week, and I gotta say, it was really awesome! Seemingly a run of the mill religious horror movie, Immaculate actually does something even better than a standard demonic horror movie and creates a tone and atmosphere of horror instead of just relying on jumpscares and age old tropes. Worth a watch!

If you think this episode is bad, just watch this movie. Join Nick Offenbach and I as we discuss a futuristic dragon movie that was written in less time than it took us to do this episode. It's a rough movie, but we have a good time talking about it!

We have a very interesting and unique movie this time! Join Zac Castle and I as we debate Movie 43, a film that has an amazing cast, an odd premise and a lot of potential for a very good time. Grab a drink or two, watch this movie with some friends, have a good time and then listen to this episode to hear our thoughts on this movie that gets a little more hate than it deserves!

Wow oh wow! What a disappointment! We should have known that True Detective was going to do us dirty once again. Very unsatisfying ending, but it may not be the showrunner's fault. Listen to Kyle and I as we discuss the last three episodes of the new season of True Detective and what shows we recommend to watch instead!

You would think that a movie starring Chris Evans and Ana de Armas would be really good, right? Wrong! Ghosted is a rom-com turned spy thriller with not so great rom, some decent com and not too terrible spy thrilling. But is that enough to make it good? Join Neal and I as we discuss the good, the bad and the incredibly attractive (people) of Ghosted! Also, our thoughts on the current state of the MCU, Snapchat AI and a few other unrelated topics because we may or may not have gotten bored talking about this movie!

Time for some TV talk! Join Kyle Lane and I as we discuss the first three episodes of True Detective season four! Jodie Foster is in it. There's a lot of weird stuff going on. Murder? Cosmic Horror? Is water safe to drink? We do not know, but we're sure as hell gonna talk about it!
