You can not control things in life that are outside of your reach. But you can maintain control and consistency of what you say, think and do. Your three foot world is your domain and you are responsible for you. 

Each day we have the opportunity to make a difference. Even the smallest of gesture can make a difference in your life but also in the lives of others you come in contact with.

Welcome 2023. There are no overnight success but season and times of preparation. This is a time for you to move into your assignment.

A dream will remain a dream unless you put legs on it. Don't die with the song still inside of you.

We all want that new FAD DIET to work for us but it won't. Shift the narrative and adopt a LIFESTYLE SHIFT, not some diet you'll quit in two weeks.
