After deciding to major in elementary education, Mattie always thought she would be a teacher until she retired. After giving birth to her first child, she knew that she needed to change career paths so she could have the opportunity to spend more time raising her daughter.

Mattie is married to her high school sweetheart, Andrew, and is the mother of Dakota and Grant. She is a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland and has a real estate team with one of her 6 sisters, April. You can follow them on Instagram at @pancoastyackagroup

Caitlin Facer is a mom of two and was a local SAHM turned business owner in 2023 after she started thinking about going back to work.

Caitlin received her business management degree in 2013 and then landed in the medical field managing staff. After having her son Troy, she decided to become a stay at home mom.

Fast forward 4 years and another child, Caitlin felt her family was complete and was looking into what her professional future held when she landed on the play cafe idea and decided to make it a reality. Today, Allie runs her business and balances motherhood with her 3 year old in tow. You can regularly find Allie and Joey visiting communities together through their intergenerational programs.

Allie is a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner, and is passionate about educating families and organizations about best practices in Dementia Care.

Beyond helping families navigate the options for their loved ones, Allie is also focused on supporting caregivers to approach the conversations and decisions with tact, empathy, and creativity.

Abigail Shipley is a badass mother hustler of 3 beautiful girls, age 7 and younger, and also the business owner of SeemoreHealing. She started her NRT (nutrition response testing) business from her house in Spetember of 2020 before she became pregnant with her 3rd daughter. She currently works out of her office in Pottstown. Abby has been studying health and nutrition for 15 years because she has always loved food and science.
