Fair warning — you can probably hear my dogs in the background of this one. I'm recording from my couch at 8:30 in the morning, running on bad sleep, with cramps that have been beating my ass for three days straight. I called in subs for my other 3 classes this morning. I feel completely terrible.
And I'm here anyway. Because that's the point.
This is episode 12 and I haven't missed one yet — and I'm not starting today. In this episode I'm talking about consistency. Not the pretty, aesthetic, everything-went-according-to-plan version. The real version. The showing up on your worst days version. The putting in the reps even when you have absolutely nothing left version.
We're getting into how mastering consistency in the gym was the thing that made it trickle into every other area of my life — my podcast, my business, my content, my mindset. Why the gym is one of the hardest things you can choose to do consistently, especially in a country where temptation is literally everywhere. And why so much of your fitness journey is actually mental — and what changes when you finally figure that out.
I might be a little delulu in this one. Bear with me. But I think it might be one of the most honest episodes I've recorded yet.
