Fight, fight, fight. One of the leading figures in British comedy (I'm Alan Partridge, The Thick Of It) calls on our TV industry to be more aggressive in selling itself abroad and attacks the interference of government and press in the creative sphere.

Japanese game auteur Hideo Kojima - the creator of the Metal Gear series and Vice President of Konami Digital Entertainment - delivers the Academy's prestigious Annual Games Lecture at BAFTA in September 2012. The host is Johnny Minkley.

It's 2012, and the BAFTA & BFI Screenwriters' Lecture Series is back for another run. First up in this season is Julian Fellowes: writer of Downton Abbey, Gosford Park and the TV drama Titanic. The talk was recorded at the BFI Southbank on 26 September 2012.
