In this episode, I discuss how our own personal baggage can get in the way of connecting to people we love.

Anyone who wants to make the effort to reconnect to their loved ones who have passed over. Talking to the dead isn't exclusive to mediums. However, mediums get their egos out of the way so the non-corporeal can come through. Non-mediums have their own perceptions that frequently get in the way of the connection. I talk about the implications of baggage, how it's affected my connection to Ken in the past, and also bring up how it affects people who want to astral travel, but have difficulties doing so.
