My Email to the legislators, feel free to copypasta or edit to your liking:

Thank you for reading this email. I have a question regarding the proposed House Bill 2546 concerning limitations on potency of legal Cannabis Concentrates. At the top of the pdf of 2546 there is a statement concerning a 2019 study of psychosis patients' that showed a correlation between that mental illness and high potency cannabis concentrates. (Statement included in-line for clarity)

"The legislature finds that health professionals and researchers continue to find an association between the use of high potency marijuana and the occurrence of psychotic disorders. A 2019 study analyzed data from patients with first-episode psychosis and found that, compared with participants who reported never having used cannabis, "participants who used high-potency cannabis daily had four-times higher odds of psychosis in the whole sample, with a five times increase in London and a nine-times increase in Amsterdam." The study defined high-potency cannabis as a potency greater than ten percent. Further, the study found that its findings are consistent with previous evidence suggesting that the use of high-potency marijuana has more harmful mental health effects than use of less potent marijuana."

My question is can I please be referred to a link where the cited study can be read, or if your office is in possession of digital copies can you provide this for me? As a follow up question, can you provide me with any other information about the bill, or any comments on the importance of this from your team's perspective. Was this bill for example, strongly advocated for by members of the general public, or perhaps mental health professionals? I know you are very busy, so I thank you again for your help in obtaining this information.

Episode 096

Don't worry, I never heard of Parallel Reality before, either

Source: Fast Company, via Slashdot

Original Article by Harry McCracken (https://www.fastcompany.com/90443495/deltas-parallel-reality-airport-display-sounds-like-sci-fi-but-its-real

Misapplied Sciences: https://www.misappliedsciences.com/

• Delta Airlines bought ($8million in a Series A) into a Redmond WA Based startup not at all ominously named Misapplied Sciences (MSFT Alums). Misapplied was operating in "Stealth Mode" (since 2014!) while building a new tech that Delta now intends to deploy ubiquitously throughout airports all over the world (presumably) that would create a new experience for its customers whereby the signage the traveler sees will be entirely personalized to each individual. From the story: "It's almost limitless, the product map," says COO Gil West. "Curb to gate, for things like wayfinding, boarding, upgrades, service recovery if your flight is delayed or canceled."
• The tech accomplishes this seemingly miraculous feat by hyper focusing pixels on a special display, which depending on the viewers position will only beam specific images, colors, text (anything) to each individual user. Oh yeah, and AI and a bunch of video cameras mounted all over the place where the system is deployed. I choose that word for a reason.
• The screens, still early versions of the tech- currently have some limitations on the number of different subjects they can display unique information for, but even these limits are staggering: one iteration of the parallel reality screen can display unique information to 18,000 different points in front of it, while another is claimed to be able to split it's display A MILLION times. I'm imagining billboards on roadways and window signs of businesses that deliver customized targeted ads. I'm also envisioning dystopian "Public Service" displays that beam reminders and warnings to people who have forgotten to pay a parking fine, or might be in the midst of considering other mundane civil infractions like jaywalking, littering, parking in the load zone, jumping a mass transit turnstyle etc.
• The Company's CEO, in a quote for the Fast Company story said that "The system is agnostic to the tracking technology—all we need to know is a three-dimensional location that we want to send a piece of content to." This statement I find concerning when referring to a technology that mostly relies on *many cameras being arrayed and networked together to follow the traveler around the airport so that the system can tell when someone is standing in front of one of the displays, and can then perform it's magic. For the sake of clarity and in order to quell my initial weird feeling about this choice of words, I looked up the definition of agnostic: As applied it is an adjective, although a person can also be labeled "an agnostic" and in that case of course the word is a noun. Sticking to the adjective however we find, per Google, that: adjective

adjective: agnostic- Relating to agnostics or agnosticism. Synonyms: skeptical, doubting, questioning, unsure, cynical, unbelieving, disbelieving, nonbelieving, faithless, irreligious, rationalist, nullifidian. Nevertheless, further clarity may be gained by also reading the noun's definition, which reads: "A person who believes that nothing is known or can be known of the existence or nature of God or of anything beyond material phenomena; a person who claims neither faith nor disbelief in God"

• Speaking of magic, I saw some (weed and paranoia fueled no doubt) red flags in the language chosen by the article's author, over and above Misappllied's CEO's glib take on his responsibility to acknowledge the true scope of their tech's wider applications. The article opens with characterizing the airport traveling experience as a ritual. A couple paragraphs down, a statement about how the tech in question is being judged as "a technological magic trick". There were references to the Startup being in "Stealth Mode", and the choice to use phrases like Deployed and Deployment, which appear three times when referencing additional applications for the tech as well as where Delta is currently planning to test it (Detroit, by the way). To be fair, I assume Mr McCracken is a tech writer by trade,(UPDATE: Oh yeah is he ever) and in that realm, specifically in software development, "Deploy" is frequently used as a label for certain workflows including pushing updates to servers, handing off new builds from developers to Testers, etc. "We deployed the new build this morning so you clowns should be able to break it as soon as you're ready" that sort of thing, so it could just be force of Techboy habit- but I don't like the word here. Whenever your car's infotainment system receives an OTA update, some Sys Admin somewhere a few hours before got a little IT Boner when they said "We've deployed the latest code to the Live Server", or words to that effect. I don't know, it all smacks of para militarism or something.
• The whole project was borne out of a 2014 Microsoft experiment with Spectators at a Pro Sports event where cell phones were used to signal individuals to sit or stand on command, effectively turning them into "Human Pixels" (Ahem- cybernetics- cough).
• Misapplied also has a connection to Walt Disney Imagineering, through Co Founder Dave Thompson, who previously worked in creating theme park experiences for Disney. (More pure psychology and cybernetics all with the express intent of getting you to stay longer and spend more in The Enchanted Kingdom)
• Delta will be showing a Future Visions video at CES that depicts a Parallel Reality powered security check-in experience that appears to be a seamless, hands free operation- something that I think will be leveraged heavily to push for widespread use of such systems in many other public spaces as well as secure buildings (Malls, Stadiums, High Rise Offices, Apartments, etc).
• The article closes with ...Future possibilities aside, once Delta's beta experience is up and running, it should be worth at least a few minutes for anyone who travels through the airline's Detroit terminal and wants to see something genuinely new. Ng, however, remains insistent that the ultimate goal isn't to wow anybody. Like many a potential breakthrough before it, parallel reality will matter most if we start to take it for granted.

"It's not about people appreciating the technology," he says. "It's about people going through these venues and getting a seamless experience. And when we can get to that point, where the technology blends away, that means we made it. That means that we were successful."

Thank you for listening to this completely re recorded and re mastered reading of George Washington's Visions for America. Analysis of this document will be performed in an upcoming show. Source: Originally shared to me by Rik E Shay of the Xirtus Tartary and The Watchmen Discord Servers. Sharing now with my gratitude. I guess we can call it a Prophecy- attributed to none other than the Foundingest of Fathers, known by everyone starting just now as The Neverliar, The Spirit of Virginia, the Mahogany Masticator, and The Delaware River Decamper! Indeed, our subject today is none other than the heavyweight champion of US Presidents, Mister George-No-Middle-Name-Washington himself. The vision that I am speaking of is one that came to Washington during the historic winter of 1777 while in "Winter Quarters" at Valley Forge with his army of Revolutionary soldiers. This was the same winter in which thousands of American volunteers, underpaid and underfed even at that early stage of the conflict- perished of cold and disease while trying to endure one of the worst winters on record since the peak of the Little Ice Age of the 16th and 17th Centuries. Now, I must hasten to qualify the assertion that the visions were one hundred percent for sure that of the then General of the Continental Army.- this vision is attributed to George Washington, but was not heard of before the time of it's disclosure in 1859 by a then 99 year old Random Old Soldier named Anthony Sherman. Sherman was supposedly there in '77 for that bitter winter, one in which it was recounted many times that Washington would "Go to the thicket to pray". The Old Soldier would recount his story before he perished, that the listener may record Washington's Vision, which included a sweeping picture of the young nation's future, marked by three terrible perils. Let's turn to the story, first widely published in 1880, 29 years after that fateful encounter with the Old Soldier by William Bradshaw, in The National Tribune.. George Washington's Visions for America

My source: This story was originally shared to me by Rik E Shay of the Xirtus Tartary and The Watchmen Discord Servers.

I could record an entire podcast soapboxing about my opinions on perpetual war and what it's doing to not only the world but to America's soul, but I don't think anyone would listen to it, including yours truly, once I hit publish on such pointless mental [redacted], so I will spare us all. Nonetheless, the current headlines and the ill portent of the subsequent onslaught of WWIII memes on instagram today together struck a chord in my mind as I prepared to share a, I guess we can call it a Prophecy- attributed to none other than the Foundingest of Fathers, known by everyone starting just now as The Neverliar, The Spirit of Virginia, the Mahogany Masticator, and The Delaware River Decamper! Today, noted Mud Flood and Tartaria Researcher Philipp Druzhinin returns to the podcast for his second remote visit. Philipp joins us once more today by teleconference from his home in Moscow, Russia. Many of you already know Philipp, but for those who don't, he has been a Youtube Creator for almost ten years already, is one of the first people I discovered creating content around the Grand Tartaria Civilization, and has probably introduced the Mud Flood mystery to more people online than almost anyone out there. Back on November 17th of this year, Philipp and I recorded our first chat together, an event that I was visibly excited for if you happen to watch the recording over on my channel or Philipp's, and he was kind enough not only to redundantly capture and record the meeting, but to share his copy of it with me when my own solutions and implementation failed me- and uploaded it to Youtube for his own audience as well. Speaking of Philipp's audience, thank you to all of those wonderful folks who have also subscribed to my channel in the days following the upload of that chat. Now, when you make your way over to Phil's channel you will discover over 400 uploads, many of them from the past two years or more are focused on exploring, documenting, and explaining unusual architectural features in his local area of Moscow Russia, one of the most important and well known Cities in the former Soviet Union. Philipp has also traveled abroad in search of signs of Grand Tartaria, and even to challenge his own concepts of the Mud Flood and its plausibility as a phenomenon- and came away with some startling insights and compelling video evidence all along the way. So, if you're watching this live with us, you're not going to be able to pause me right now so go ahead and open another browser tab or open up your YT mobile app, go SUBSCRIBE to Philipp's Channel under his own name (Spell Phil's name) as well as his second, equally awesome channel, Mud Flood Advanced Research. Hit that notification bell on both pages so Youtube can't do their usual and find some way to avoid notifying you of new content from your own favorite channels, as they are wont to do!

Baked and Awake 092

Special Guest Philip Druzhinin

Hello friends, and thanks for watching this special edition of the Baked and Awake Podcast. Today I am pleased to tell you that I am joined by a very special guest, a gentlemen who is an experienced and well respected investigator into the history of the lost civilization, some call it a lost empire- That of Grand Tartaria. Listeners of this show have heard Philipp's name before more than once, as I mentioned him as a major source of information and indeed convincing evidence, in some of my earliest episodes about the mystery of the worldwide Mud Flood events of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Events which we have spent a good deal of time discussing here on Baked and Awake over the past year now.

Philipp Druzhinin has been producing informative historical videos on Youtube since 2011, his main channel has over 19 thousand subscribers and is growing every day. Philipp's catalog of videos is very prolific, with over 400 uploads and nearly 2 million views, and I can't overstate how informative and insightful his Grand Tartaria research is. The link to Philipp's channel will of course be in the show description notes for you and I hope everyone listening to this will go, find Philipp's Youtube channel and not only hit that subscribe button, but indeed, get in there, dig in, and prepare to get your mind blown by what has been hidden from us for so many years now that bringing it to light is a formidable challenge but one that Philipp has faced with resolve and conviction and has inspired many other investigators including yours truly, to begin their own research into Mud Flood and Grand Tartaria. Philipp, welcome to the show, thank you so much for taking the time to talk with me at what for me would be a couple hours past my bedtime! You're in Moscow Russia right now, correct- that's 11 hours ahead of me making it after 11pm at the time of this call.

Dr Wilhelm Reich- Orgone Energy, Cloudbusters, and The Sexual Revolution

Born:

Mar 24, 1897, Dobzau, Austria-Hungary (present day Ukraine) So, we must point out that he was not German, was in fact Jewish, and was NOT associated with or sympathetic towards the National Socialists aka Nazi's at all.

Died:

Nov 3, 1957, United States Penitentiary, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, United States

Book: https://archive.org/details/ContactFromSpaceByWilhelmReich/page/n3

Quotes:

"I am well aware of the fact that the human race has known about the existence of a universal energy related to life for many ages. However, the basic task of natural science consists of making this energy usable. This is the sole difference between my work and all preceding knowledge" -Wilhelm Reich

"It is sexual energy which governs the structure of human feeling and thinking" – from The Sexual Revolution

Hosts disclaimer: this is a most basic of overview of the life and work of Wilhelm Reich. Reich himself wrote dozens of books, many of which have been "lost" to history but others have survived, including "The Purpose of the Orgasm", as well as a treatise on the relationship between neurosis in humans and the rise of Fascism, called "Sex-Pol". But perhaps his most famous general audience book is "The Sexual Revolution". You may have heard of that last one at least insofar as the titular phrase was indeed a sort of battle cry for the Beatnik and later Hippie Generations who ardently embraced, at least for a time- the "Free Love" lifestyle and culture that ended in the late 1970's with the natural aging of those people coinciding with the terrible and little understood new disease, still unnamed, but suspected to be sexually transmitted that we know today of course as the scourge that is AIDS. My point here is that there have been dozens of books written about Reich, both lauding him and condemning him, documentaries abound all over the internet. This is probably the 500th podcast to cover Wilhelm Reich- heck, I listened to some myself just researching the material I'm talking to you about today! (Shoutout Bones and Tubs Podcast for their own, probably more concise treatment of this subject- link in the show notes please give them a listen today!) In conclusion of this disclaimer- consider this podcast as your invitation, the best one I could create for you- to investigate further on your own. This guy is super interesting, weird, and not a little off putting. Some people probably don't need to go any further than this show and a few might not even want to listen any further at all.

Trigger warning- Reich's life story includes experiences of sexual impropriety within his own family both during his childhood and as a Husband and Father. I understand if anyone who has been a victim of sexual assault, sexual abuse, or other traumatic injuries, especially by family members- does not want to listen further today. Please skip this show and I wish for your continued peace, healing, and safety. I of course hope earnestly that you will also return. We won't stay on this for overly long, I promise.

"The discovery of Orgone energy was made through consistent thorough study of energy functions, first in the realm of the psyche, and later in the realm of biological functioning" -WR

Citation: "DescriptionOedipus was a mythical Greek king of Thebes. A tragic hero in Greek mythology, Oedipus accidentally fulfilled a prophecy that he would end up killing his father and marrying his mother, thereby bringing disaster to his city and family. Wikipedia"

" our mysterious "something" does not appear to be ordinary electricity or ordinary magnetism " -wr

I am sitting in a completely empty apartment waiting for my American visa. I have misgivings as to how it will go. ... I am utterly and horribly alone! -wr

It will be quite an undertaking to carry on all the work in America. Essentially, I am a great man, a rarity, as it were. I can't quite believe it myself, however, and that is why I struggle against playing the role of a great man.[108] -wr

"My factual position in the case as well as in the world of science of today does not permit me to enter the case against the Food and Drug Administration, since such action would, in my mind, imply admission of the authority of this special branch of the government to pass judgment on primordial, pre-atomic cosmic orgone energy. I, therefore, rest the case in full confidence in your hands." -wr

Baked and Awake

Episode 89

1. It's another Youtube "Come to Jesus" moment- The FTC or Federal Trade Commission, under the auspices of its COPPA law almost 20 years in effect, has finally succeeded in busting YOuTube red handed for violating the law that specifically forbids the collecting and selling of personalized data for users under 13 years old. Is this the end of YouTube as we know it?
2. 1. Public Facing Coppa Report: https://www.ftc.gov/sites/default/files/documents/rules/children%E2%80%99s-online-privacy-protection-rule-coppa/coppasurvey.pdf
   2. Powerful and informative video about this by Youtuber and Attorney Ian Corzine:
3. Social Media is broken- will it be fixed, or will it destroy us all in a Social Credit System spiral of death? Facebook "bug" turns on your microphone, WTF is YouTube's "Masthead"?
4. A most underrated survival tool, nevertheless essential. (emergency whistle) Here's a nice little article about survival whistles and the different kinds that are available. https://www.skilledsurvival.com/survival-whistles/ (Honestly, just buy anything, and preferably a few of them.)
5. Coming soon: Wilhelm Reich, Orgone Energy, and a new 5th force of the Universe(?)..

• Reich was Jewish, but raised secular. He enlisted while underage to join the Austrian Military in WWI. After WWI he moved to Vienna where he became a medical student and eventually would become the first assistant to none other than Sigmund Freud.
