Humans often overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what they can do in 10 years.  With another year 2020 coming to an end let's see the one habit that has really helped me a lot to give myself direction whenever I wanted.

You might have heard of a daily journal where people write every day but I think that's too short of a time bracket for me and a lot of others who don't have the habit of writing.
