What does balance mean in life? Or, when you find it, how do you optimize boundaries to help you achieve your goals when you feel the pressure of time, people, and personal aspirations?
 
A colleague and now, close friend, Cydney Parks, opens up to discuss what it means to find balance in the midst of a full-time position, graduate school, and also, maintaining health and fitness along the way. Boundaries can vary from person to person, introvert to extrovert, from one responsibility to another. If you are continuing without a real moment of rest, is it really possible to find the balance that is needed to carry out all of those tasks or responsibilities in a day? Cydney and I uncover her thoughts on the true meaning of well-being, both intrinsically and externally, and shed light on what it means to be community strong with quality friends, no matter what a busy season of life entails.
