There are seasons for every stage of life - a mix of the highs and lows. Regardless of how you may label them, every season will inevitably play a part in developing you into who you were called to be.
Current colleague and friend, Kristy, describes the challenges of her upbringing and how simple but impactful moments of gratitude and kindness have shaped the eventual overcoming of the fears from her past. While transitions into adulthood have been anything but smooth sailing, she describes how embracing self-empowerment and leveraging choices to pursue the process of healing has allowed breakthroughs for growth, resiliency, and overall, new, life-giving ways to approach her present season of parenthood. Kristy is also an author of the young adult novel, Brynleigh Beckett and the Key to Dalry.
"Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to His plan." - Ephesians 1:11 NLT
