Conversational narcissism is defined as “the tendency to steer conversations back to yourself”. While you may have not heard of the term, you will recognize conversational narcissism from its presence in your interactions. 
 
We've all played a part in this at one point or another, as the recipient, and as the enabler. As unfortunate as that is, it is prevalent in varying degrees, astoundingly even more frequent within discussions amongst close confidants. Where is the balance when it comes to expressing emotions while being aware of emotional capacity with one another? Let’s discuss.
