Balance is the state of Stillwater. It remains quiet within and is not disturbed on the surface.

Everything in life contains two opposites, and to maintain balance, we need to find a way to work harmoniously with both sides.

In Chinese philosophy, this balance is referred to as yin & yang.

Are we balancing our life, or is stress taking its toll.

To find balance in our lives, we must prioritize what we know is most important to us.

Finding balance in life is imagined by many as juggling five balls.

Each of the balls is representing important parts of our lives, family, health, spirituality, friends, in our job, four balls are made of glass, and only one of them is made of rubber.

We need to recognize that our job is the rubber ball, family, friends, health and spirituality are all very fragile. And if we drop them, they will be irreversibly damaged or even shattered.
