In today’s episode, we discuss balance and how it applies to the many different areas of life. Balance is a state of ease that is achieved when we feel centered and stable. We can experience feelings of balance and imbalance within ourselves, our relationships, in society, through the natural world, and in the universe at large. When we learn to turn our awareness towards our inner and outer states of balance, it becomes easier to create a sense of stability within ourselves that can carry us through seasons of imbalance, as well as shift our homeostasis to a new level. As we discuss balance, we offer up specific tools that will aide in finding our center in our busy lives so that we may emit peace and joy as the universe remains in its constant state of ebbs and flows.
