This episode is an attempt to help everyone accept them selves and others unconditionally and move towards a better and meaningful life. By understanding the concepts of acceptance and change we break the misguided belief that acceptance means we do not want to change or that we are being complacent about our life events. This episode is an attempt to help you accept life situation and at the same time change what needs to be. This helps in creating balance in our emotions, feelings, thoughts and situations specially in these difficult times we are in and at the same time empower you with a proactive plan of action to help you change . it is affirming the belief that only once we accept ourselves,others and our situations unconditionally as they are without any judgement can we really change things around us.
