Ok so the first week of 2021 is over. The longest week and most dramatic in a number of my years on earth. As I live and breathe in America, I was brought up on the purest form of the American dream. I still see the dream, but it is being overshadowed by an ominous biden nightmare. I hope it is kept in check. The american people are in need of support. The government is slow to help directly, but there are plenty of hoops for the stressed out and despaired to jump through. The humble will gladly put on a show, RIGHT!!? Super distracted and exciting day yesterday. 6 Jan 2021 was epic in protests of electoral college votes. I swear I can't find enough peace to be consistent. I want to be the desire is there. The silence needed for creative thoughts to flow are to far and few in between. I am on a mission to move into a place where I can be of a benefit. So listen and laugh a Little.

It's a new year. Let's dance!!!! Get up and move that butt. We got to get our minds right to get on a good foot for the new year. I have been in a rut before and I know some people got their checks and might still be in a funk. I don't want them to get the money and spend it too soon and regret it later. I have done it and know I am not the only one. The first tip I gave was to just get up and get moving. Today I am saying listen to some music that makes you happy. Look at the way you are eating and drinking. Does it make you happy!? I realized I was procrastinating more when I didn't drink water and eat right!? Is that happening to you!?
