Momma, I KNOW that being a stay-at-home mom can make the line between work and life feel nonexistent. Between homeschooling, caring for your kids, managing the home, work, church commitments, and everything else, it can feel like you're always doing something—and never fully present.
In this episode, we're talking about what work-life balance can actually look like for a SAHM. Not perfectly dividing your day or getting everything done, but creating simple rhythms and boundaries that give you more peace, presence, and freedom.
You'll hear three practical ways to create more balance without adding more to your already-full plate.
This week, take a few minutes to ask yourself:
Where am I trying to do too much at once?
You don't have to do everything, and you don't have to be available to everyone. You can create a home where there's enough structure to give you the freedom to be fully present for the people and responsibilities God has placed in front of you.
Because work-life balance isn't about fitting more into your day. It's about creating the freedom to be present for what matters most.

Hi Mama! I know that a peaceful day doesn't necessarily require a perfectly planned schedule. Sometimes, what we really need is a simple rhythm that helps us know what comes next while still leaving room for real life.
In this episode, I'll walk you through how to create a daily routine that actually works for your family—from identifying your priorities and finding your daily anchors to creating a flexible flow that supports homeschool, work, household responsibilities, and connection with your kids.
We'll also talk about why your routine should be built around your family's actual needs, how to intentionally make room for connection, and why leaving margin is just as important as knowing what's next.
If your days have been feeling chaotic, you don't have to overhaul everything at once. Start with one part of your day. Identify an anchor, create a simple flow around it, and give yourself permission to adjust as you learn what works.
The goal isn't to fit more into your day. The goal is to create enough structure that you have more freedom to be present.
Whether you're balancing homeschool, work, household responsibilities, or simply trying to enjoy your kids more, I hope this episode encourages you to create rhythms that work for your family's real life.
What part of your daily routine would you most like to simplify?
I pray this episode helps you create a routine that brings more peace and structure to your days—without taking away the flexibility and connection you're working so hard to create.

Hey mama! Do you desire peaceful days where you can rest when your head hits the pillow? Peaceful days don't always come from having a perfectly planned schedule. Sometimes, a few simple rhythms can give you the structure you need while still leaving room for real life.
In this episode, we're talking about three simple anchors that can help you approach your day with greater intention and you can begin today!
These aren't complicated routines or minute-by-minute schedules. They're small decisions that can reduce mental clutter, make transitions easier, and help you focus on what matters right now.
You need enough structure to create freedom for what matters most.
If your days have felt scattered lately, choose one simple rhythm and give it a try. See whether a little preparation helps you experience more peace, better time management, and greater work-life balance in your everyday life.
Which of these three rhythms would make the biggest difference in your day right now?
I pray this episode encourages you to embrace simple rhythms that support your actual life and help you be more present with the people and responsibilities God has placed in front of you.

Hey there mama! The school year is here and I want to remind you that your homeschool planner should support your homeschool—not become another thing you have to manage.
In this episode, we're talking about how to create a simple homeschool planning system that fits your homeschool curriculum, family, and current season. I'll share how I approach planning with mostly open-and-go curriculum, what I actually keep track of, and why I don't believe you need to plan every lesson months in advance.
Your planner doesn't need to look impressive on paper. It needs to give you enough structure to know where you've been, where you're going, and what needs your attention—while still leaving room for real life.
As you prepare for your homeschool year, resist the temptation to create a planning system simply because you think you should.
Your homeschool curriculum may already provide much of the planning for you. Your job is to create a simple system that supports your family's rhythms, routines, and real-life needs.
I hope this episode gives you permission to stop overplanning and start creating a homeschool planning rhythm that truly works for your family.

Hey mama, can you believe it is that time of year again? The first day of school is upon us and it can feel exciting—but it also comes with a long list of things to prepare. Between homeschool curriculum, supplies, schedules, routines, and the everyday demands of being a SAHM, the last thing you need is another complicated project.
In this episode, we're talking about how to create one simple, repeatable first-day tradition that makes the beginning of your homeschool year feel special without adding stress to your time management.
You'll hear why the best traditions aren't necessarily the biggest or most elaborate, and how choosing something that fits naturally into your family's rhythms can help you create meaningful memories without disrupting your work-life balance or your family's everyday routines.
As you prepare for a new homeschool year, remember that you don't have to do everything. Your routines don't have to be complicated. Creating meaningful memories doesn't have to require hours of preparation.
I pray this episode encourages you to simplify your time management, embrace your family's unique rhythms, and create a first day of homeschool experience that leaves more room for connection and presence.

Hey mama! Homeschooling gives you the freedom to educate your children in a way that fits your family—but it doesn't mean you have to disconnect from your community.
In this episode, we're talking about how to learn what your state and local school system actually allows, build positive relationships with your local schools, and take advantage of appropriate opportunities like classes, sports, activities, and services. I'll also share some of our family's experiences staying connected to our community while homeschooling.
Most importantly, we'll talk about how we can be confident in our own educational choices while respecting families who make different choices—and how simply showing up, serving, listening, and loving people well can be an opportunity to reflect God's love.
Before assuming what's available to homeschoolers, do a little research!
Check your state's homeschool requirements and your local school district's policies to learn what opportunities may be available in your area.
Because policies vary by state and district, go directly to reliable local and state sources and ask questions when you're unsure.
HSLDA is a nationwide (US) organization that may be a helpful place to start.
Homeschooling can be a beautiful part of your family's life without becoming your family's entire world.
Take some time this week to learn more about what's available in your community. Then look for ways your family can show up, build relationships, serve, and love people well.
You don't have to convince everyone that homeschooling is the right choice. You can be confident in your family's decision while treating other families with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Hey there mama! As a new homeschool year approaches, it's easy to focus on lesson plans, curriculum, supplies, schedules, and all the details that come with homeschooling. While preparation is important, true peace isn't found in having everything perfectly organized.
In this special encouragement episode, we're stepping away from productivity tips and talking about something even more important: preparing our hearts. Together, we'll reflect on how spending time with the Lord shapes the way we homeschool, love our children, and respond when life doesn't go according to plan.
Because the greatest gift we can bring into our homeschool isn't a perfect plan—it's a heart anchored in Christ. When we seek His presence first, we can lead our families with greater peace, grace, and confidence, even in the middle of imperfect days.
Philippians 4:6–7
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Friend, I hope you organize your curriculum, sharpen the pencils, and prepare your lesson plans. Those things certainly have their place.
But more than anything, I pray you prepare your heart.
The peace you're longing for won't come from checking every box or creating the perfect homeschool routine. It comes from walking closely with the One who has called you to this season.
May this school year be marked not only by learning, but by peace, grace, connection, and the presence of the Lord. As you seek Him first, may your homeschool become a place where your children experience His love through the way you lead them each day.

You cannot do everything—and you were never meant to.
In this episode, we're talking about the pressure to do it all and how to make wise decisions about your time, energy, family, work, homeschool, and church commitments. We'll discuss how to recognize when a good opportunity may not be the right opportunity for your current season and how healthy boundaries can help you create more balance, freedom, and presence.
If you're a homeschool mom, SAHM, or working mom who feels like you're constantly juggling too many responsibilities, this episode will encourage you to release the pressure to be everything to everyone and thoughtfully consider what deserves your yes.
Friend, saying no doesn't make you selfish—and you don't have to do everything to faithfully serve the people and responsibilities God has placed in front of you.
Take some time this week to consider where you may need more margin and where a healthy boundary could help you be more present.
I pray this episode encourages you to release the pressure to do it all, make wise decisions with your time, and create a life with more peace, freedom, balance, and presence.

Hey there friend! If you work from home while homeschooling or caring for your family, finding focused work time can feel nearly impossible. I KNOW! But effective time management isn't simply about finding an empty space on your calendar—it's about creating a rhythm that allows you to focus on one responsibility at a time.
In this episode, we're talking about how to create a work block routine that helps you get more done while still protecting your work-life balance and your presence with your family. You'll learn how to prepare for focused work, create a clear plan, transition into work mode, and intentionally move back into family time when your work is finished.
Because you don't need to be available to everyone all day long to be a loving mom, faithful wife, or productive worker. Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is create a rhythm that allows you to focus fully on one responsibility at a time.
Friend, you don't have to homeschool, work, manage your home, and care for your family all at the exact same moment.
Creating a simple work block rhythm can help you protect your time, improve your focus, reduce overwhelm, and create more freedom to be fully present—whether you're working or spending time with your family.
You don't need a Pinterest-perfect homeschool room or every educational product you see online to homeschool well. Sometimes the most useful supplies are the simple, practical tools you reach for over and over again.
In this episode, we're talking about the homeschool supplies that can make your daily homeschool routines run more smoothly—from pencils, whiteboards, and dry erase markers to clipboards, dry erase sleeves, math manipulatives, a double-sided printer, and basic office supplies.
You'll also hear why the goal isn't to collect more homeschool supplies. It's to choose the tools that support your family's unique homeschool rhythm, create more flexibility, and help you be more present with your children.
Epson Eco Tank Printer
Clipboard
Pencil Sharpener
Three Hole Punch
Gel Highlighters
Coloring Supplies
Dry Erase Sleeves
Dry Erase Markers

Friend, you don't need to purchase every homeschool supply you see online or create the perfect homeschool classroom.
Start with what will actually serve your family.
The right supplies can help create more flexibility, support your homeschool routines, and make your days run more smoothly—but your homeschool doesn't need to look like anyone else's.
