What if your symptoms weren't the problem—but the message?
In this deeply personal and inspiring conversation, I sit down with holistic detox and fasting specialist Natasha Duborg to explore her remarkable healing journey through PCOS, insulin resistance, binge eating, mold illness, adrenal dysfunction, and more.
Natasha vulnerably shares how years of chronic symptoms led her to look beyond conventional explanations and begin asking deeper questions about what her body was trying to tell her.
Together, we discuss:
✨ Mold illness and the many ways it can impact the body
✨ Brain fog, fatigue, inflammation, and unexplained symptoms
✨ The role genetics may play in chronic illness
✨ Nervous system regulation and why healing requires safety
✨ Somatic practices and emotional healing
✨ Therapeutic fasting and dry fasting
✨ Body image, weight loss, and the emotional side of transformation
✨ Learning to trust your body again
✨ Why symptoms may be messengers rather than enemies
This conversation is raw, honest, and filled with powerful insights for anyone who has ever felt dismissed, misunderstood, or frustrated by ongoing health struggles.
And honestly? We barely scratched the surface. Our conversation about body image alone could have been an entire episode of its own.

In this episode, I sit down with my friend Mike as we dive into a real, unfiltered conversation about health, hormones, and what it actually takes to feel better.
Mike shares his personal health journey—the ups, the frustrations, and what finally started to shift when he stopped chasing symptoms and started addressing the root cause.
We talk about:
• Why so many people stay stuck despite doing “all the right things”
• The problem with symptom-chasing (and why more supplements aren’t the answer)
• Hormone imbalances and what’s really driving them
• The importance of looking at the body as a whole system—not isolated parts
• What it means to support your health from the terrain up
This conversation is a reminder that healing doesn’t come from quick fixes. It comes from understanding your body, asking better questions, and addressing what’s actually driving dysfunction beneath the surface.
If you’ve been told “everything looks normal” but you still don’t feel right—this episode is for you.
Mike is a former D1 athlete and professional football player, a coach of one of our local high school football teams, a motivational speaker, Trainer, and Partner/President of 23 Game Day Men’s Health Locations.

What an amazing and truly inspiring guest on today’s episode. The most emotional episode yet… I sit down and talk with Nicole Gebhardt about using her pain for purpose….
I just got done reading her book A Queen Saves Herself. It is a raw, bold, and unforgettable memoir by Nicole Gebhardt. It recounts unfathomable tragedies that led to her transformational and triumph over a childhood of molestation and rape years of depression and abusive first marriage, the death of a child and miscarriages. Through a faithful and almost fatal fall down the stairs. Nicole began a journey of discovery and evolution that led her to overcome grief, addiction, and low self-esteem, shaking off the victim persona and not accepting even her perceived conciliate title or survivor. Nicole rose to find her purpose. A must read for any woman looking for strength renewal, Hope and Inspiration.
