In this episode, I'm joined by Samantha Craig and Taylor Grosse of Juno Creative Studio! We chat about what brand strategy actually is and why it's so important to back your visual identity with strategy, how trends can be harmful to both designers and folks who are investing in branding, why DIYing your brand could be costing you clients and the impact that visuals have on your potential client's perception of you, and more!

Hi friends! In today's episode I'm talking about why systems like Client Mangement Systems and Project Management Systems are so important to not only your own peace of mind, but also to your client experience and the sustainability of your business.
I talk about the direct impact that an automated CRM has on your business, along with how it automatically prepares your business for future growth without overwhelm. I also talk about how neglecting your client management & project management setups can cause major setbacks in the growth and success of your business!

Hi friends! This is a pretty long episode so you have my blessing to listen to this (and any episode) on a faster playback speed. In this episode I'm sharing a real and raw breakdown of my life and business in 2022: starting the year off with $2.5k monthly income and hitting my first 5-figure month 6 months later.
But, of course, no story is that simple and as you'll hear — despite the success my business saw, 2022 was one (if not the) hardest years of my life. And I think it's important to share the transparency behind what you see on Instagram, so that's what I'm doing today!
