Balancing Fire Element
Fire element is the most yang of all the five elements. It is outward and expansive. Fire element people get their energy from being with other people. Today we are going to talk to one of my yoga students, Magdalena, who recently participated in one of our membership challenges and courses. Magdalena has a lot of fire and earth element in her. She will share with you how she approached the fire element course and brought balance and harmony to her fire element.
“I am approaching this week/challenge differently than I usually would. By that I mean that instead of going all the way, I made an intention of doing less, to receive and digest the teaching throughout the day, and doing the one pose that Melissa showcased for that day.
Today Thursday, I am glad that I listen to my body and heart. All week I slept through the night, my mind has been clearer day by day, even my body feels as if I had done a whole 90 minute class. Off the mat, I have nurture myself by nature, leaving social media and sitting in silence.” Magdalena
