Do you struggle with deciding what to eat for a snack on a daily basis? Or when you should eat depending on the rest of your schedule? I know at times in my life, I have severely struggled with just these things. When I originally entered the health and fitness space, I was dating a bodybuilder and got engrained in the typical bodybuilding diet and training methodology of bulk and cut cycles. Through time, I have found that what works for me is far from where I originally started as I prefer to remain fairly lean and agile year-round.

The great thing about nutrition is that it is specific to the individual and we can all find what works best for us! Today, we will discuss some aspects of nutrition around snacking, meal timing, caffeine intake, and macronutrient intake. I hope this helps you have a more balanced relationship with food and helps to overcome the “I can’t have that, I am on a diet” mentality!
