I LOVE talking cycle health because most of us women were NEVER educated on it We may have gotten a period talk in 8th grade and shown how to use a tampon, but that's about it.
Womp womp.
My young girlies used to come into the hospital having no idea what normal was (nor did the hospital residents I worked with) and that transpired into women in there 30's and 40's being diagnosed with endo, PCOS, debilitating period pain, hysterectomies, etc. WHAT GIVES?! That is not our normal and we don't have to live like that.
