Kela and her husband began trying to get pregnant when she was 37. As a personal trainer, she thought her lifestyle was healthy and it would be easy to get pregnant. Until she was diagnosed with unexplained infertility.
She was recommended for IUI and IVF treatments, but before diving into these expensive and lengthy procedures, she decided to take a better look at her own body. Through her own research, she discovered her diet and exercise routine were causing a hormone imbalance. She altered her lifestyle with a focus on her hormone levels and was able to have two natural pregnancies. Now Kela teaches women how to balance your hormones and optimize your body for fertility.
