THE FIRST TIME HE HELD A PIPPING BAG HE WAS 34 YEARS OLD, AND NOWADAYS HE TRAVELS THE WORLD AS A PASTRY CHEF CONSULTANT. HE IS CONSIDERED ONE OF THE MOST TALENETED PASTRY CHEFS IN THE WORLD, AND HE DOESN’T MAKE JUST SIMPLE DESERTS, HE CREATES PIECES OF ART
