My guest today s is one of the most renowned Portuguese Chefs and restaurateur in the world. In 2012 he opened Belcanto the famous restaurant in Lisbon, and a few years after the restaurant was distinguished with 2 Michelin stars. This year the restaurant was awarded number 46th best restaurant in the world AND ALSO IN 2022 HE WAS considered number 86 the best chef in the world.
