Lions -3 over Bears

Last week we took advantage by going against teams that were awful on defense and on top of that had multiple injuries. Las Vegas really has not adjusted yet and anything Under 50 points involving a Bears Defense is a steal. Chicago has no pass rush, just about any decent linebacker hurt and key players out in the secondary. The Lions don’t really have a running game and it will catch up with them this season, but with Stafford today he just needs to spread them out and pick the guy that is open. Easy as 1-2-3. Chicago will not defend these receivers. I think the Bears can score because the Lions have no edges on that defensive line and a lot of linebackers hurt. Neither team has much of a front seven today. Detroit has more talent and should win this football game on the road with it being very high scoring. Take the Lions and the Over.

Clemson +2 over Louisville

Clemson has not looked sharp this year on offense, but we can’t forget that this is a team a flick of the wrist away from winning the title last year. Mike Williams is back in the lineup for Clemson and this team is stacked on offense. There is no doubt Lamar Jackson is the best player to date this year in all of college football and he will get his points, but this is to me a classic example of looking at how a certain team performs against other teams and judging them. If the Cardinals can come into death valley at night and win then good for them and so be it. There is a lot of value here with the Tigers. Take Clemson.

The Lions Defense is a mess right now. This front seven is all banged up so Green Bay and Aaron Rodgers should have no problem moving the football today. Detroit is not healthy at the running back spot so you are going to see Stafford throwing the ball a lot. There is a lot of new talent on this team that can move the chains. Green Bay has a few key injuries themselves on defense. I believe this is a game in which both teams will move the ball, but in the end the lack of running game for Detroit will be the reason they fall behind to the Packers. This is a perfect spot to play side and total. No parlays. Take the Packers and the Over.
