“Make sure that you know your worth. Make sure you know what you're bringing to the table. And don't be afraid to tell a potential employer about it. The interview process is for you to get to know us, and for us to get to know you. In a situation where we probably have a number of different candidates, don't be afraid to tell us why you're the top candidate. It’s really important to advocate for yourself, because no one's going to do it as well as you can.”
