This episode is all about cardio. The guys sit down to talk about some of the drawbacks of only doing cardio and how the body is built to adapt to whatever you throw at it. They discuss the different effect that steady state cardio and high intensity interval training has on the body and where the resistance training fits into it. Today the guys sat down with Glen and Tim to discuss a lot about building and hosting a tournament. Getting some horror stories and some of how it came to be as we know them today. The guys breakdown some of the old world of dodgeball and how a new era was born. Today the guys sat down with Mr. Patrick Nally. Known as the father of sports marketing, working with gymnastics, swimming, FIFA and now poker and most importantly... DODGEBALL!! The guys picked his brain on why he wanted to come work with the WDBF and what potential he sees in dodgeball. We were very excited to have him on, let him know the dodgeball community is behind him!

With the NBA all-star weekend now wrapped up the guys discuss what the potential dodgeball all-star weekend events could look like. How they could showcase individuals and teams alike. From throwing events, to catching and even dodging. How they could be set up to showcase an individuals talent. Discussing a lot more off the court activities and what we would like to see as far as pregame/post game. What's up SQUADD! In this episode the fellas sit down to talk about different variations of the lunge. This little series of muscle variations continues as they break down the different ways to perform a lunge with proper technique and where you should be focusing the movement. Wrapping it up with the transferability (its a word it was checked) and which variation is their favorite.
