A fascinating conversation with Amy, an Earth Grid Keeper who works with the energies of the earth.  We talk about how we can help the energies within the grid to flow more easily if challenged or sluggish, using our own energy or with symbols, or other intuitive means.  We talk about our Soul energy working through different dimensions, and how we can call in more of our Soul energy for this lifetime. An introductory episode on the use of crystals and why they affect us.  I have used crystals for 36 years now, in the home, on myself and later during my healings.  At one time I sold them, and gave numerous talks about their use, and just generally love having them in my life.  I explain the use of liquid crystals, what crystal cards I use, and about three different crystals that can help to balance our whole energy system.

Right at the beginning of the podcast journey, I recorded an episode on Reiki with Liz but the quality is not brilliant.  So I decided to ask two of my students back to revisit the topic of Reiki, Liz Cattermole and Louise Munson.  We talk about how we initially heard about Reiki and the experiences we have had along the way with ourselves, our families and our clients.  We also talk about the common statement 'Reiki changed my life' and whether we consider that to be true, and also whether we would recommend becoming attuned to Reiki.

A lovely episode with Lisa Erickson of Enlightened Energetics. Lisa is an energy worker, author and meditation teacher specializing in women's energetics and sexual trauma healing.  It was great to talk to Lisa who describes our energy field, chakras and energy in exactly the same way that I do, even though we had not previously met.  Always a delight to meet a kindred spirit.

We talk about the chakras and how we can clear and support them for our own healing, whether that is through affirmations, meditations or colours, among other techniques, and how powerful that can be. We also talk about a few experiences that I have had such as 'seeing' a chakra with a cord attached, a kundalini experience and exiting through a chakra.  All fascinating stuff!
