Have you experienced being in a hopeless situation? Have you ever felt so desperate that you would do everything just to fix your situation? Did you know that there is beauty in your brokenness?
In this episode, learn the four important lessons God is teaching us every time life knocks us down. Stand up and be courageously broken.
When you have these symptoms and patterns in your life, you'll know that you're carrying bitterness and harboring the fruits that come along with it.
1. Bitterness imprisons a believer’s emotions.
2. Bitterness poisons a believer’s life.
3. Bitterness opens a believer’s life to Satan.
4. Bitterness closes a believer’s life to God.
Bitterness will disable you from everything God has in store for you. It disables you to walk in the fullness of your calling.
What must we do? Mark 11:25 tells us, "But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your sins, too."
Will you still obey God at the cost of your failure? Will you still choose to serve Him even when you don't understand? Just like Peter, will you be able to say, "Yes, Lord, You know that I love You" when Jesus asks you to love Him more than anything and anyone you have in your life?
Because at the end of the day, the only truth of the matter is: This life is not about you.
