Creating with the seasons is an incredible way to bring awareness into the subtle shifts, especially if you live where the temperature and weather tend to be relatively consistent through the year.  

Even though some people will experience slight changes in the seasons when it comes to plants, animals, and activities - each season carries it's own energy that can be tapped into and honored no matter where you reside.

Where do you start when it comes to self care?  

In this pod you will hear what I focus on when I am in the eye of a storm when it comes to self care.  It might not be the thing you think but I give you a few ideas on questions to ask yourself, thoughts to journal around and some examples of how dating yourself can be a start.
