Rob and Simon get to speak to Mark Thornberry, an ultra runner and fundraiser battling the trails with cancer.  Mark discusses his ultra achievements in both fundraising and running such races as the Centurion Grand slam, GUCR and the Javelina Jundred (a 100 mile race in the Arizona desert).

The boys are joined by Vee Calver, queen of the Harlow parkrun with 100 runs and 200 volunteering stints. Rob and Simon talk to the lady who has helped 4,990 different runners to complete the Harlow course she has Race directed for a number of years, completing 12 marathons in 9 months and her favourite races.
