Sustainability, a word tossed around quite frequently, but what exactly does that mean? (SIDENOTE:  it is totally okay if you have no idea.)  Well BAB'$ because we love you, really love you, we wanted to get someone with  Street Cred to help define this term. This week the BAB'$ had the pleasure of interviewing, Kira, a life coach out of Denver, Colorado. We really broke it down and got deep ya'll. Kira describes her journey to becoming a life coach and the experiences she had to overcome. This episode is all about self love, self reflection, and self growth. You can't pour from an empty  cup. Well y’all it’s a wrap, our first season has come to an end. In normal BAB’$ fashion we wanted to go out with a BANG. This episode is far different than any of our others because we recorded it in a bubble! You read that right, a mutha-f*ckin bubble. This train-wreck of a year is almost over, lets taking a fucking shot to that. 2020 was a trauma filled bitch, so  lets unpack it together. Da Butcher walks us through her strategy on how to process a year.
